TrueABS is a product of New Road Data Solutions, LLC ("New Road Data," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of true-abs.com and any associated waitlist, beta, or data services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the Service or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Submitting your email reserves a place on our waitlist. It does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, or any particular pricing. Beta access, if and when granted, may be subject to a separate beta agreement with additional terms (including data-quality feedback obligations and usage restrictions).
TrueABS data and any related analytics, queries, or outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any decision you make in reliance on data, analysis, or output obtained through the Service is made at your own risk. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or credit rating agency, and nothing in the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
Mortgage and structured credit data is sourced and reconstructed from public agency disclosures (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, SEC EDGAR) and other public sources. While we apply rigorous format-history reconciliation and validation, the Service and all data are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the data is free of errors, omissions, or interruptions, or that it reflects the most current agency filings at any given moment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Road Data Solutions, LLC, its officers, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including damages arising from investment or trading decisions made in reliance on the data — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Format Registry, MISMO semantic mappings, query infrastructure, site content, and all associated software are the property of New Road Data Solutions, LLC. Underlying public agency source data remains subject to the terms of its original publisher (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, SEC EDGAR); we claim no ownership over that underlying public data itself, only over our derived structuring, mappings, and infrastructure.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including waitlist or beta access, at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
